• 2-4 years work experience as HR professional (Payroll and Comp and Ben)
• MS Applications, Excel Proficient
• Knowledgeable/experienced in all facets of Human Resource, excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship
• Can work asap

Roles and Responsibilities:
Payroll Admin
· Send payroll reminders to in-market partners and vendors related to timeline cutoff for the month.
· Validate offline movement reports sent by in-market partners
· Validate offline payroll reports sent by Vendor
· Prepare letter approval for payroll endorsement and post payroll offline reports

• Billing Preparation and Resolution

Government

• Statutory Benefits Payment for International Assignees
• Certificate of Contributions Issuance Preparation
• Business Permit Renewal Processing
• Statutory Schedule – Special Bank Receipt summary for all agencies
• SSS R1A processing

Medicine Reimbursements

• Offline reimbursements validation for ULP and URIC
• Fringe Benefits Tax file preparation

Payroll Endorsements

• SSS Loan Preparation and Endorsement to Hub
• Long Service Award Preparation and Endorsement to Hub
• Unpaid Leave Preparation and Endorsement to Hub
• Birthday Gift Preparation and Endorsement to Hub
