Background:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Mathematics or any related courses
At least 1 year of working experience in Payroll processing and other related Finance functions in a manufacturing company.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged.

Preferred Technical Expertise:
Ability to use MS Excel formula and function

Basic working knowledge in Philippine Labor Code, SSS, PHIC, HDMF, and other relevant rules and regulations
Major Responsibilities:
The Payroll Associate is responsible for assisting in initial processing of payroll every cut-off and preparing monthly various schedules related to withholding tax compensation, government loans and contributions. He/she will also answer payroll related queries. He/she will assist the Payroll Team Leader in year-end payroll reports for internal users while the confidentiality and integrity of payroll data.
