Payroll Admin Lead (North America & Ph)

We are looking for a qualified candidate for our Payroll Operations team to support our North America and Philippines payroll processes for a Multinational Corporation (MNC) headquartered in the US with employees in India, Canada, and Philippines.
This role is for an established North America and Philippines payroll specialist who:
- Maintains consistent procedures
- Collaborates effectively with internal clients from different countries and time zones,
- Finds the most effective and efficient way to manage tasks, and
- Is skilled at consistently documenting processes.
- Maintain accurate and timely payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, employee personal information, benefits deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers for international operations.
- Collaborate with internal clients including payroll in-country experts.
- Maintain data integrity by following procedures for data collection, entry, and storage.
- Ensure tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner, adhering to SLAs established with internal clients.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Participate in ensuring timecard compliance.
- Assist with creation of SOP documentation for existing and new payroll practices with support from in-country payroll managers.
- Must be an excellent communicator in English and have familiarity with US compensation documents.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in payroll administration, with at least 2 years of experience handling US payroll for MNC(s)
- Extensive experience with both Philippines and US multi-state payroll experience Additional experience with Canada payroll preferred
- Ability to thrive in a matrixed team within a multinational environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
- Experience with payroll software / HRIS (preferably ADP) and MS Office (especially Excel). Able to quickly learn how to use new systems
- Experience working in a ticket-based system (e.g., Manage Engine by Zoho).
- Able to work night shift to align with Pacific Standard Time (PST).
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
