People Service Specialist (Regular Employee under Known Reputable Agency)

Job Description
  • Responsible for processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process.
  • Should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR function to ensure all HR operations run smoothly.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
  • May assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors.
  • Acts as a liaison between the organization, government agencies (SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, DOLE, PSA, and external benefits providers and vendors, which may include health, disability, mercer surveys, and retirement plan providers.
  • Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.
  • Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies. Assist and verifies reimbursement such as medicine allowances, per diems, and petty cash.
  • Manage account payables upload to sharepoint and coordinate with approver ad FOC for payment
Qualification
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR role is required.
  • Familiarity with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development.
  • Handling confidential employee information responsibly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently, prioritize work, and maintain organized records.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • 13th month salary
