Permit and Compliance Officer

Duties and Responsibilities
● You are responsible for organizing and preparing the necessary documents required in the application or renewal of permits and licenses required for UGEP operations.
● You assist in tending permits and licenses for UGEP’s projects.
● You liaise with different government agencies.
● You are responsible for the preparation, submission and monitoring of permit and license applications to LGUs, DUs, various government offices, and other applicable stakeholders.
● You consolidate documentary requirements for permit and license applications which involves coordination with the operations team, project development team, and office administrator.
● You clarify permit and license requirements directly with our clients, LGUs, DUs, and various government offices.
Qualifications
● You are a graduate in a relevant domain. This could be real estate, renewable energy business administration, management, or electrical engineering, but other degrees can be considered.
● You have at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience. This could be in real estate, energy or infrastructure, but other relevant experience can be considered.
● You have a strong sense of responsibility and are resourceful. You are a self-starter, but also a team player.
● Must work with minimal supervision and direction, be resourceful, and can work under pressure.
● Must be computer literate.
● Must have strong organizational and planning skills, and problem-solving skills.
● Amenable to travel and conduct fieldwork.
