Position Overview:
The Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Assistant will support the development, implementation, and monitoring of our ESG initiatives. This role involves analyzing data, preparing reports, and collaborating with various departments to enhance our ESG performance and overall company operations.
Key Activities:

• Assist the ESG Manager in collaborating with cross-functional teams to monitor, evaluate, and enhance the ESG performance of the company.
• Provide inputs in the ESG and climate risk screenings of projects.
• Assist in the conduct of ESG trainings to staff, contractors, and suppliers, and regular ESG meetings.
• Support in client and supplier screening based on standards specified in the ESG Management System.
• Support the preparation of ESG reports including monthly and annual monitoring reports to investors, and ESG annual reports to stakeholders.
• Support in the regular review of ESG-related policies, plans, and tools of the company.
• Support in the management of external consultants with ESG-related functions.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility in taking on different roles or responsibilities.
• Degree in Environmental Science, Community Development, or related fields.
• Knowledge of relevant ESG frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) is a plus.
• Willing to work onsite at Makati city, Valero street.
