Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and electronic systems. Assist in maintaining electric power supply in the plant and ensure continuous plant operation and production. Performs preventive electrical maintenance activities.
a. Education
· Graduate of a 2-year electro-mechanical course in a certified technical school or equivalent.
b. Work Experience
· Maintenance electrician in any industrial manufacturing plant for at least 1 year is an advantage.
· Experience in power distribution wiring, directly related power plant/electrical switchgear, and control panel maintenance and repair.
· Employed as an electrician or electrician apprentice within the past 18 months.
c. Special Qualities/Skills Required
· Knowledge of basic equipment like pumps and motor controls is an advantage.
· Background in PLC is an advantage.
· Demonstrate strong leadership by problem-solving
· Ability to read design drawings and wiring diagrams
· Electrical licenses preferred
· Ability to communicate orally and in writing
