· With knowledge on EHS management systems, preferably in Safety OSHS, Pollution Control Legal Compliance
· Sound experience in conducting internal audits related to environment, and health and safety.
· Familiar with different EHS tools and methodologies required in preparation of inspection reports.
· Capable of conducting, environment, and health and safety – related trainings.
· BOSH, PCO Training for DENR and LLDA.
1.1 Overseas all safety related activities which includes presiding over meetings with the working committee for safety health and environment.
1.2 Acts in advisor capacity on all matters pertaining to OSH for the guidance of the employer and its employees.
1.3 Check Enhances and promote Safety, health and environment awareness programs.
1.4 Conduct investigation of accident, prepares and submit relevant reports and analysis of such for submission to the management and external government agencies; (IAIR, DOLE Templates)
1.5 Provides assistance to govt. agencies in the conduct of OSH and Environment inspection and compliance with the Safety, Health and Environment legislation requirements of the company.
1.6 Coordinate all Safety, Health and Environment training, re-fresher and orientation programs of employees and contractors as may be required from time to time.
1.7 Responsible for the monitoring of Safety, health and environment standard and compliance to legal and other requirements.
1.8 Responsible for the processing of applications for authorization/permits under relevant legislation including the inspection of premises, preparation of documentation and the writing of permits condition.
1.9 Does the re-inspection of relevant premises to ensure compliance with the condition and carrying out of improvement strategies and its implementation.
1.10 Undertakes Activities & program in compliance to PD 984 & its implementing rules and regulation.
1.11 Carries out satisfactory program of environmental monitoring, inspection and re-inspection ensuring that consistent action is being taken.
1.12 Liaises with Various government agencies such as DENR-EMB, LLDA as may be required on all aspect of the company requirements and preparation of relevant reports as often as necessary based on the operation and maintenance of pollution control sources and control facilities.
1.13 Supervise the proper operation maintenance of pollution control facilities of the company.
1.14 Conducts trainings and awareness programs to ensure that all employees and members are aware of the EHS programs/management system and critical Personnel are competent to perform assigned task.
1.15 Organizes the emergency preparedness and response team for all EHS program of the company.
