Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR and marketing strategies to achieve brand awareness goals.
- Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials.
- Manage media relationships and build rapport with journalists and influencers.
- Oversee social media presence, creating engaging content and fostering online communities.
- Generate original content (blog posts, website copy, etc.) that is informative, engaging, and aligns with brand messaging.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform marketing and PR strategies.
- Support with event planning and execution, ensuring smooth operations and positive brand representation.
- Analyze the effectiveness of PR and marketing campaigns, recommending adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a PR or marketing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
- Proven ability to develop and manage comprehensive communication plans.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.
- Experience with content creation (writing, editing, design) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Creative, enthusiastic, and a team player with a positive attitude.
Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
