About the role
As a Software Product Manager at BYD Philippines Corp., you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of the company's software products. You will be responsible for aligning product strategy with business objectives, defining product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative software solutions.
What you'll be doing

• Gather and analyze customer requirements to define product vision, roadmaps, and prioritization
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements
• Communicate product updates, releases, and key milestones to stakeholders
• Measure and analyses product performance metrics to inform data-driven decision making
• Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software product management, preferably in the technology industry
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically
• Proficient in requirements gathering, user research, and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey product insights
• Familiarity with product analytics tools and techniques
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
Schedule:
