Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team. This role will support the sales process by providing technical expertise, conducting presentations, and collaborating with both the sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective project execution.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of corporate marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and reach.
• Collaborate in industry promotion meetings to showcase our products and services.
• Initiate and arrange meetings with target institutions to explore business opportunities.
• Team up with Sales and Engineering departments to ensure excellent customer service and technical support.
• Conduct technical product presentations to clients, demonstrating the benefits and features of our HVAC solutions.
• Obtain project information from design institutes and collaborate on project diagrams.
• Provide solutions and designs tailored to customer requirements.
• Engage with relevant HVAC associations to stay informed on industry standards and innovations.
• Prepare proposals based on technical specifications and project requirements.
• Analyze and evaluate existing service accounts for customer loyalty and growth potential, developing and implementing a sales growth plan.
• Supervise and monitor monthly achievements to ensure targets are met.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support team objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in the HVAC industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of HVAC products, with a proven ability to expand market presence.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a collaborative team spirit.
• Familiarity with the local market is a plus.
• Resourceful and adept at problem-solving, with a proactive approach to challenges.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary

Experience:

• Sales Engineer: 1 year (Preferred)
