Job Purpose
Within the framework of the Procurement & Supply Chain Management (PSCM) and the Engineering & Construction objectives and Project/ Contract strategy,, supports Expediting and Quality Control activities and guarantees quality & lead-time compliance.
Main Accountabilities

• Defines and implements the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) according to the Project & equipment constraints/requirements.
• Coordinates his/her actions and commitments with categories managers and/ or SCPM and/or buyers.
• Ensures the manufacturing control & inspection of the ordered Equipment at supplier premises in order to respect the quality & contractual commitments. Obtains the inspection release certificate (IRC).
• Alerts the SCPM & his/her hierarchy on non-conformities (delays, quality/technical aspects) in order to coordinate the expediting action plan.
• Ensures interface with the buyer, SCPM and external clients.
• Anticipates risks and opportunities related to the quality and technical requirements & delivery date.
• Reports to the SCPM and the line Manager on his/her share of the project activity and KPIs.
• Contributes to the steering of the processes, to their evolution (REX) and guarantees their implementation on his / her scope.
• Ensures that internal rules & procedures are respected by subcontractors.
• Respects all Group standard policies (H&S, Environment, Ethics…) and compliance with internal reporting rules. Is responsible for enforcing the law, behaving with moral and ethics before the society and all the stakeholders.

Job Criteria

• Must be Graduate of Engineering or related courses
• Atleast with 5 years or more working experience related to expediting
• Preferably with international coordination as expediting
• Preferably with experience in Logistic
• WIth Effective Oral and Writing Communication and Negotiation
• With Skills in Stakeholders Management (Internal and External)
• Skills in Expediting and Quality Control Management
• Skills Logistic Management
• Proven Track record of Leadership

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
