• Determine the most marketable features of Nippon Paint products and work with marketing team to build marketing campaigns focusing on USP to create product demand.
• Research trending keywords and marketing innovations
• Planning product launches
• Work with technical team regarding product development
• Working with technical details into benefits for users
• Follow and analyze market trends to position the products.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, Engineering, Architecture or its equivalent.
EXPERIENCE: Background in marketing and application of coating solution products is preferred
SKILLS: Strong communication and leadership skills. High level of initiative, creative thinking, decision making and problem- solving skills. Good negotiation and presentation skills.
