Qualification:
· Knowledge of production processes and quality control
· Technical skills using material requirements planning and scheduling software
· Have Experience in Manufacturing Industry is a plus.
· Verbal and written communication skills
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of employees
· Organizational and time-management skills
· Deadline driven
Duties and Responsibilities
Ø Receives and check Purchase Order (PO) from the Sales Team/Customers.
Ø Analyze the planning schedule of customer’s Purchase Order in order to meet the customer satisfaction.
Ø Responsible of planning and making of the daily production schedule.
Ø Coordinates to the Sales team, Factory Manager, Supervisors and Quality Controller regarding the status of the items.
Ø Monitor the daily production actual output against the daily production schedule.
Ø Prepare weekly and monthly production analysis.
Ø Prepare weekly undelivered purchase order and forwarded to the sales team.
Ø Daily monitor, encode and updates the Purchase Order / Production / Delivery Report.
