About the role
As Program Leads at PYC Foods Corporation, you will play a crucial role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our culinary, front-of-house, and retail teams. This full-time position is based in Makati City, Metro Manila, and offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our PYC employees.
What you'll be doing

• Designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for our culinary, front-of-house, and retail staff
• Identifying skill gaps and developing tailored training solutions to enhance the performance and capabilities of our teams
• Facilitating hands-on workshops, classroom-based sessions, and on-the-job training to ensure our employees are equipped with the necessary skills
• Collaborating with department heads to align training initiatives with the company's strategic objectives
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and implementing continuous improvements
• Maintaining training records and documentation to ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
• Providing coaching and mentoring to support the professional development of our employees

What we're looking for

• Relevant experience in the hospitality, tourism, or retail industries, with a strong background in learning and development
• Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs that cater to diverse learning styles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address training needs
• Proficiency in using learning management systems and other training-related technologies
• A passion for continuous learning and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
