Project Admin Specialist/ Administrative Assistant

Job Overview:
The Project Admin Assistant will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of various projects, ensuring that timelines, resources, and administrative tasks are efficiently managed. This position requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist operations with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met by tracking deliverables and milestones.
- Coordinate internal and external communications related to project status, updates, and requirements.
- Maintain and organize project files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access and up-to-date information.
- Support in preparing client presentations, proposals, and other project-related materials.
- Assist with resource allocation, ensuring team members have the materials and information needed to complete tasks.
- Provide general office support, including handling correspondence, coordinating team meetings, and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and project standards.
- Pre-checks and quality assistance as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure successful project delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with construction plan is a plus.
- Knowledge or experience in the architecture or construction industry is a plus, but not required.

Pay: From Php13,000.00 per month
