Project Admin Specialist/ Administrative Assistant

About Us: We are a growing company dedicated to delivering high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective solutions to our clients. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Admin Assistant to support our project management team.
Job Overview:
The Project Admin Assistant will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of various projects, ensuring that timelines, resources, and administrative tasks are efficiently managed. This position requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist operations with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing project documentation.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met by tracking deliverables and milestones.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications related to project status, updates, and requirements.
  • Maintain and organize project files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access and up-to-date information.
  • Support in preparing client presentations, proposals, and other project-related materials.
  • Assist with resource allocation, ensuring team members have the materials and information needed to complete tasks.
  • Provide general office support, including handling correspondence, coordinating team meetings, and ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and project standards.
  • Pre-checks and quality assistance as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with construction plan is a plus.
  • Knowledge or experience in the architecture or construction industry is a plus, but not required.

Pay: From Php13,000.00 per month
