Project Coordinator

Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work once a week in the office. Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605

As a Project Coordinator with Insight, you will hold a position that focuses on maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules / roll-out plans, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. Insight Canada is expanding and maturing its Project Management Office (PMO) to drive delivery, excellence, consistency, and a great customer experience. This role will also be a significant contributor to the success of Insight’s enterprise client roll outs.

Leadership: The Sr. Manager for this role is Dan Phelps, Sr. Manager Services. Dan is based in Canada and leads the team.

As a Project Coordinator, you will get to:

• Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
• Providing administrative support as needed.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
