Responsibilities:
Project Management:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of solar projects from inception to handover.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure project requirements are met.

Site Management:

• Supervise construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and quality control.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise.
• Manage and lead a team of field engineers, technicians, and contractors.

Technical Oversight:

• Review engineering designs and specifications for accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to ensure optimal performance of solar installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to site work and project execution.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings.
• Prepare and present regular updates to project stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in project management and site engineering within the solar industry or a related field.
• Strong understanding of solar technology, construction processes, and project management principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex technical and logistical challenges.
• Proficiency in project management software and engineering tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Preferably lives in Puerto Prinsesa, Palawan and have own laptop.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Engineering (PE) license or similar certification.
• Experience with solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and renewable energy technologies.
• Knowledge of local regulations, codes, and industry best practices related to solar installations.
