This is a permanent remote position in the Philippines.
We are looking for a Project Manager responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients. The Project Manager will work under the NKR Recruit line of business and act as a liaison between clients and our internal virtual professionals, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
You Will:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations.
• Understand clients' business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
• Develop account plans outlining strategic goals and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients to align their objectives with the company's products or services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of products or services.
• Facilitate communication between clients and cross-functional teams.
• Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
• Work with internal teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurring problems.
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
• Manage contract renewals, ensuring terms align with client expectations.
• Prepare regular reports on account performance, highlighting key metrics and achievements.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
• Assist management with lead generation tasks for client acquisition.
• Undertake various ad hoc tasks as required.

You Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in account management or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Familiarity with the products or services offered by the company.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Experience using Asana and other project management software.

Salary: Php 25,000 - 30,000 NET
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST)
