Description & Requirements

Project Manager overseeing the coordination and execution of project team trainings in the US.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

Understanding desired customer outcomes, verifying project requirements, and aligning as needed.
Developing training schedules and resource plans by acquiring qualified resources (internal and subcontractors) to complete project deliverables.
Effectively communicating verbally and in writing to keep customers, instructors, and other stakeholders abreast of project development, manage expectations, problem-solve, and drive successful project completion.
Coordinating the logistics of people and materials.
Taking corrective action or making changes in a timely fashion to stay in alignment with milestones and project constraints.
Managing time, expenses, purchase orders, and invoices against projects, as well as reconciling billing discrepancies as needed.
Fastidiously producing necessary analytics and providing a dependable source for accurate detail and data.
Utilizing the tools and technologies that are in place to complete the above tasks.
Other duties as assigned

What You Will Need:

Key Requirements/Experience
Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
Project Management experience and/or work experience, leading matrixed teams in a business-setting, preferred
Experience in Education/Training organizations
Enterprise-level Systems-Administration experiences
