Purple Cow PH is looking for a standout Project Manager who will oversee a 200-400 hour web application project, guiding it through all phases from planning to completion. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, team coordination, and ensuring project quality. You will be the central of contact for all aspects of the project, maintaining alignment with timelines and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define scope, objectives, timeline, milestones, and deliverables, along with risk management strategies.
  • Manage backend and frontend development and quality assurance (QA) teams, ensuring alignment and productivity across all roles.
  • Set and monitor standards and procedures for quality assurance, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary contact between teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Manage project hours and ensure the project remains within budget, adjusting resource allocation as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management for software development, ideally in a BPO environment.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with web application development cycles and technical requirements, especially React and Node.js. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
WORK CONDITIONS & SETTINGS:
  • Work in an Office (Cebu or Davao Based)Dayshift
