Project Site Engineer (Solar Project)

Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of solar projects from inception to handover.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure project requirements are met.
- Supervise construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and quality control.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise.
- Manage and lead a team of field engineers, technicians, and contractors.
- Review engineering designs and specifications for accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure optimal performance of solar installations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to site work and project execution.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings.
- Prepare and present regular updates to project stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in project management and site engineering within the solar industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of solar technology, construction processes, and project management principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex technical and logistical challenges.
- Proficiency in project management software and engineering tools.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Preferably lives in Puerto Prinsesa, Palawan and have own laptop.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or similar certification.
- Experience with solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and renewable energy technologies.
- Knowledge of local regulations, codes, and industry best practices related to solar installations.
