Property Leasing Coordinator

Job Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of related work experience.
  • With excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have a good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Office.
  • Must know how to drive and with valid driver's license
Job Description:
1. LEASE MANAGEMENT/NEGOTIATION:
· Assist in negotiating lease terms and conditions with potential tenants. Conduct market research to determine competitive rental rates and leasing trends in the area
· Assist in the preparation, review, and execution of lease agreements. Ensure that all lease documentation is accurate and up-to-date, complete, and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
· Ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions, and address any issues or concerns raised by lessees in a timely manner.
· Coordinate lease renewals, extensions, and terminations, as necessary.
2. LESSEE COORDINATION:
· Serve as a point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Build positive relationships to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
· Coordinate with lessees to resolve any issues, coordinating with relevant departments as needed.
· Collaborate with other teams, such as legal, finance, and marketing, to ensure effective leasing operations and seamless tenant experiences.
3. CONSTRUCTION COORDINATION:
· Collaborate with the Retail Engineer to coordinate the development and construction of locators within the service station.
· Monitor the progress of construction projects, maintain communication with all stakeholders, and address any issues or delays that arise.
4. PAYMENT MONITORING AND COMPLIANCE:
· Monitor lessee payments, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collection, and processing.
· Coordinate with the finance department to reconcile rental income and resolve any payment discrepancies or issues.
5. REPORTING AND DOCUMENTATION:
Prepare reports/presentations and maintain accurate records related to leasing activities, contracts, payments, and compliance documentation.

  • 8 hour shift

  • 13th month salary
