We are seeking an experienced and proactive Purchasing Specialist to enhance our procurement processes and contribute to our company's operational efficiency. In this vital role, you will manage internal procurement activities such as travel arrangements, office supplies, and other necessities, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage procurement processes for internal operations.
- Ensure timely sourcing of goods and services, optimizing cost efficiency.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage office supply inventories.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in G Suite and procurement software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to work on weekends, with weekdays off.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Strong ethical standards and professional integrity.
- Experience in a purchasing or procurement role, ideally focused on internal operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
