• a bachelor’s degree (ideally in Business or Finance)
• well-proven work experience in:
• a highly similar role or a signifcant industry (ideally in retail)
• strong skills in:
• multi-level communication (English, Filipino, and other languages/dialects)

• in-depth knowledge of best financial & purchasing practices, industry & market trends (retail)

and can take charge of these responsibilities:

• Researches suppliers/vendors to find the best goods and services for the company
• Establishes and maintains good business relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Compares and evaluates suppliers’ offers and negotiates company-favorable contract terms and pricing.
• Tracks orders and ensures smooth delivery and reports issues to the affected department.
• Creates purchase orders and procures goods and services based on the approved budget
• Creates a database of approved purchase orders and regularly monitors and updates it
• Reviews all purchase-related documents before sending them to the accounting department for payment processing
• Responds to emergency requests and expedites orders as needed
• Receives and counters billing/sales invoices/delivery receipts/certificates of completion and other documents of all departments concerning purchases.
• Other relevant responsibilities as assigned
