Ensuring that setup details of a construction contract between the client and the contractor are executed on time and in accordance with landscape estimating and managing production home contracts, among others. This role is to work across both residential construction projects and to produce accurate invoices on time.
The Salary Range: 30,000 -40,000
The Work Set-Up:

Work onsite
8 hour work shift
Monday to Friday
Night Shift (9 pm - 6am)

The Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for the estimating, design, purchasing and contract management department, liaising between internal teams.
Coordinate communication and collaboration to ensure alignment on project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
Interpret and analyze construction plans to generate accurate takeoffs and estimates.
Assist with the review and negotiation of contracts, change orders, and subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide support to the contract management team in tracking project budgets, expenses, and contract deliverables, identifying variances and discrepancies as needed.
Maintain accurate records of contract documents, correspondence, and approvals, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
Coordinate meetings and presentations related to estimating and contract management activities, ensuring all parties are well-informed and prepared.
Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Processing claims and variations.

Maintain and manage documentation, data registers, and systems with precision.
The Requirements:

3 years of experience with residential/commercial construction in a Contracts Administrator, Landscape Estimating, or similar role
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of home, building, and construction processes.
Knowledge of construction management and estimating software.
Ability to adapt to new tools and software, high level of proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and Google apps
Strong time management skills, with excellent attention to detail
Follow through with others - get it done on time
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
