Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Able to communicate effectively and knows how to deal with other relevant functions.
· Ability and knowledge in performing in-house audits.
· Ability to write and implement standard operating procedures.
· Knowledgeable in Quality Control, Assurance and Document Control functions/processes.
· With good communication skills both oral and written, With knowledge in document control, Able to create policy & procedures for internal and external process to ensure quality performance, Able to assess customer requirements, With knowledge in using CMM and other measuring devices, With experience working in manufacturing company-metal stamping is an advantage
· Perform PLAN DO CHECK ACT (PDCA)
· Supervises outgoing quality inspectors
· Verifies non conformances/defect found during inspection
· Coordinates with production and other department regarding product quality
· Ensuring that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained
· Responsible for planning and scheduling of Internal Quality Audit
· Conduct ISO awareness training for new employees.
· Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assist workers in solving work problems
· Performs other duties which may be assigned from time to time
Ensure that Sections follow their defined process as per stated in their Control Plan, Working Guidelines, Work Instructions, Inspection and Test Standards and other Quality and Environmental set Standard Operating Procedures.
Knowledgeable in CM Machine (Coordinate Measuring Machine )
Qualifications:
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
· At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
· Preferably exposed to ISO 9001:2015 &14001
