Role Description
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective implementation of a company’s quality management system.

• Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring the organization adheres to relevant quality standards and regulations (ISO standards).
• Training: Providing training and guidance to staff on quality policies and procedures.
• Auditing: Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement.
• Documentation: Maintaining and managing documentation related to quality processes and procedures.
• Reporting: Communicating quality performance metrics to management and stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing corrective actions.
• Customer Feedback: Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to enhance service quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in quality management (early career candidate is welcome to apply)
• Ability to lead and manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Understanding of quality management principles and methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in quality management tools and software.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets is a plus.

Good to have:
Professional Certification: Training/Seminars: ISO 9001:2015 Awareness; Internal Quality Audit; Risk-Based Thinking; Root Cause Analysis; Effective Audit Report writing; and other ISO training.
Experience: At least 1 year of working experience preferably in a Freight Forwarding/Brokerage/Distribution company. Experience working with external auditors.
