Recruitment Officer - Technical

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Review and clarify job orders, specifications, and salary offers in collaboration with clients.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to source and match candidates for various international job orders.
- Manage the collection and safekeeping of candidate documentation for pre-deployment and compliance purposes.
- Ensure candidates are well-informed about the application process and provide ongoing support to facilitate their deployment.
- Monitor updates and changes from government agencies, embassies, and relevant organizations to ensure compliance.
- Facilitate candidate engagement in necessary training, including language courses, as required by clients.
- Prepare reports and maintain records of placements, candidate status, and client feedback.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with CRM platforms is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in international recruitment, account management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
- Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and a commitment to achieving results.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and receptiveness to feedback.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
