Overview: Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting in-depth screening of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to understand requirements and acceptable candidate profiles for the business
• Source passive candidates via Boolean search, internal databases, referrals, networking events, social media and external websites
• Responsible for building a solid pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Develop comprehensive sourcing strategy to support overall recruitment goals
• Ensure all sourcing activities are accurately tracked in the ATS and other relevant platforms
• Ensure candidate's application is in the ATS system
• Assist with quality checks in ATS to ensure positions are being dispositioned correctly to stay within compliance
• Promote employer branding
• Assist with scheduling candidate interviews, as needed
• Ability to keep candidates warm and provide timely feedback
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum Job Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or Recruitment Sourcer
• High School diploma or GED

• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems
• Knowledge of how to use professional social network sites and resume databases
• Strong internet search skills
• Proficient in MS Office, Word, Outlook, Power Point, and Excel
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast past environment with changing priorities
• Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team
• Ability to work flexible schedule to support the team - US Central, Eastern or Pacific time zones

Pay Range: PHP ₱400,000.00 - PHP ₱420,000.00 /Yr.
