Position: Quality Assurance Auditor

We are looking for an experienced QA that have an expertise in technical support from BPO under Telco industry
Work Setup: Full-time job
Permanent work from home
Ability to work from 2:00 AM - 11:00 AM Philippine Standard Time (8:00AM -5:00PM Hawaii Standard Time)
Core functions:
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
- Quality monitoring
- Compliance & Quality Standards Performance Evaluation
- Performance feedback
- Reporting and Analysis
- Collaboration with other Department head for improvement and training need analysis.
Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of telecommunications industry standards, technical knowledge and customer service best practices.
• Proven experience as Quality Assurance Auditor in a BPO, preferably in a telecommunications account.
• Must have at least 5 years work experience in telco account and US clients.
• Proficiency in Quality Monitoring tools and CRM platforms
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide clear and actionable feedback to team members.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Keen to details and strict implementation of policies, guidelines and protocol.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
