We are the startup company based in Japan and Philippines. If we categorize us, people can say DTC fashion startup “for now”. Back in 2022 March, we started as UGC video marketing platform and we pivoted because of a 90-Day challenge. I, Harry, gave Mimi 10k pesos and asked her to build 10M-peso valuation small business and she did that only in 90 days. Then we pivoted to Etsuka, a fashion brand upcycling vintage kimono. Isn’t it amazing?
Currently, we are hiring all over the world but mostly looking for the talent onsite work for now.
Working hard is default in here. Working three times harder than usual people.
Doing your best is default. You need to give out 120% everyday.
You won’t be able to catch up to the company speed for the first year. If you can, that means the company is growing slowly.
Yes, in general, it’s tiring. Must be challenging. Being in kamilas4am as core member for one year will feel like 3 years.

- Proficient in online tools such as Slack, virtual office (gather), Google Sheets, etc. more than 1 year

Responsibilities:
Etsuka has been grown well only in one year. Now we are going to go to the next stage and we look for "professional" talent who can lead our brand to go to the next level.

• Identify and evaluate potential retail locations for Etsuka stores.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Research and coordinate pop-up events for Etsuka’s brand exposure.
• Hire and manage staff for store openings and event participation.
• Be humble to learn everything with founders
• Keen to receive feedback to improve and grow to catch up company speed

Qualifications (Retail specialist):
Basically we welcome anyone who is "humble" enough. That is only our qualification. However, we also require "minimum" level to work in the growing startup.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant field
• Experience in retail marketing or operations management.
• Had experience to work in the startup
• Be able to use slack
• Speaks comfortably in English
• Part-time role, with potential for full-time in the future.
• Salary: Performance-based (up to 100K PHP).

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
