Job Description
The VDC engineer will assist in modeling, rendering, constructability and other coordination efforts for the VDC department. The VDC engineer will support projects in active and preconstruction status.
Job Responsibilities

• Modeling, overlays, renderings, animations, and other drafting (as needed)
• Coordination, including constructability reviews and clash detections
• Data export, including quantity takeoffs and coordination exhibit generation
• Clash report issuance and participation during coordination meetings

Required Skills

• Must speak, read and write fluent English
• 3+ years of Revit and Navisworks experience
• 1+ years of Auto CAD experience
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, specifications and other construction documents (2-years minimum professional experience)

Minimum Qualifications
3+ years working in Architecture/Engineering or Construction related field
Able to read construction plans and translate to 3D modeling
Basic understanding of commercial building systems, including structural, architectural, and MEP-LV

• Proficient with the following software programs:

1. MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point)
2. Microsoft Teams
3. Bluebeam
4. Box

• Familiar and/or experience with the following software programs: 1. Revit

2. Navisworks3. Auto CAD4. Sketch Up5. Archi CADAdditional Desired Skills
Preferred skills in some or all of the below:

• Autodesk BIM 360BIM 360 Docs

BIM 360 Glue Desktop Connector

• Advanced Revit Skills Family Creation

Dynamo Scripting

• Rendering3DS Max

Twin Motion Unity

• 4D Schedule Modeling Synchro

Fuzor

• Laser Scanning Processing/Registering Laser Scans

Scan to BIM using Revit
Work Hours

• Monday – Friday 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM (includes 1-hr lunch break) Philippine Time
