Job Summary:
The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas. This role ensures that each guest has a comfortable and memorable stay by providing a clean and welcoming environment in line with the hotel’s standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Room Cleaning and Maintenance:
Pay: From Php16,770.00 per month

Job Summary:
The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas. This role ensures that each guest has a comfortable and memorable stay by providing a clean and welcoming environment in line with the hotel’s standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Room Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and replenishing linens and amenities according to hotel standards.
- Remove trash, dirty linens, and room service items from guest rooms and dispose of them properly.
- Check and report any maintenance issues, such as broken equipment or fixtures, and ensure they are addressed promptly.
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and respond to their requests promptly.
- Ensure guest privacy and comfort while servicing rooms by adhering to "Do Not Disturb" and other hotel policies.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude, escalating issues to the supervisor if necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness in hallways, elevators, stairwells, and public areas.
- Clean and maintain service areas and housekeeping equipment, ensuring they are kept in good working order.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies, including the proper handling and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure adherence to the hotel's quality standards and comply with local health and safety regulations.
- Restock carts and storage areas with supplies and report low stock levels to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Work closely with other housekeeping staff, supervisors, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in training new room attendants and provide support as needed.
- Participate in daily briefings, meetings, and housekeeping training sessions.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar housekeeping role is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: From Php16,770.00 per month
