Sales Admin Assistant-Open to fresh graduate

Qualifications:
  • College graduate
  • Able to work independently and without close supervision
  • Able to work well as part of a team
  • Must have a positive attitude and initiative
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Can start immediately
  • Residing in Quezon City
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist in pre and post sales administrative tasks.
  • Data encoding and verification of information entered into the database against the physical contracts and other client-related documents
  • Organizing of clients’ contracts and other client-related documents into the client dockets and server storage
  • Scan individual contract into individual folder
  • Timely submission of supporting forms to Finance for processing of various payments from and to clients, and/or other stakeholders
  • Coordination with the Sales and Marketing teams for facilitation of miscellaneous client needs
  • Prepare and send cover letter for procedural fee together with the payment to doctors
  • Issuance and receipt tracking of collection kits assigned to Sales Consultants and Account Managers
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
