About the Role:
As a Sales Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and driving the success of Healthy Basket. You'll be responsible for a variety of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth communication and efficient sales processes. This role also includes field sales training, providing you with the opportunity to transition into a customer-facing role.

About the Role:
As a Sales Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and driving the success of Healthy Basket. You'll be responsible for a variety of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth communication and efficient sales processes. This role also includes field sales training, providing you with the opportunity to transition into a customer-facing role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) software with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Process and track sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. Coordinate with logistics to ensure smooth delivery.
- Generate weekly reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and collections or receivables.
- Field Sales-in-training: Assist sales representatives with customer interactions, data collection, and presentations. Learn the sales process and product knowledge to potentially transition into a future sales role.
- Sales Target Support: Assist sales representatives in achieving their targets through data analysis, competitor research, and sales collateral development.
- Coordinate communication and logistics between sales representatives, customers, and other departments (e.g., warehouse, finance) to ensure end-to-end order cycle fulfillment.
- Research and analyze market trends and competitor information to support sales strategies.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or similar
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales or account management role
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the sales function
