• Provides administrative support by assisting the sales team in the project listing, gross profit simulation, sales report updates, documentation, data management, and coordination.
• Keep track of delivered projects for dealer/route accounts through Project Outlook on a weekly basis
• Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly sales reports
• Aid in the monitoring of sales collections or account receivables
• Maintain an accurate sales records and database of customers
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and establish working team relationship with all departments

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• 2 years of work experience handling admin function in Manufacturing or service-oriented industry
• Preferably residing within Quezon City
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office such as MS Excel, MS Word
• Can start asap
