Company Overview: Hagwow, the Philippines' first modern e-learning platform for elementary and high school students, is looking for enthusiastic and motivated School Partnerships Associates to join our team. Our platform is designed to enhance learning experiences through innovative, accessible tools that align with educational standards.
Job Description: As a School Partnerships Associate, you will be responsible for reaching out to schools in your area through various communication channels, including calls, emails, and text messages. You will also attend in-person meetings with school administrators and decision-makers to present our platform and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to schools via calls, emails, and text messages to introduce Hagwow.
- Attend meetings in person to showcase Hagwow's benefits and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and meetings in our CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Proven experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Filipino.
- Must be comfortable with both remote work and traveling locally for in-person meetings.
- Base salary: PHP 15,000 per month.
- Commission: 10% on every closed deal (average revenue of PHP 1,000 per student per school).
- Monthly Base Salary: PHP 15,000
- Total Monthly Earnings (Base + Commission): PHP 105,000 to PHP 265,000 (depending on performance)
