· Actively engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner to generate interest and promote our products or services.
· Demonstrate product features, benefits and functionality to customers highlighting their value and addressing any inquiries or concerns
· Utilize effective sales techniques to drive product adoption and increase sales volumes
· Educate customers on pricing, promotions and special offers to encourage purchases,
· Maintain a deep understanding of our product or service offerings, including key features, updates and competitive advantages
· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing, customer needs, resolving issues an ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis
· Maintain accurate records of sales customer interactions and inventory levels.
· Assist in preparation of exhibits and tradeshows such as leg work related to marketing collaterals booth modules, set-up and other admin related jobs.
The Mezz
· Must assist in picking, packing and dispatch of orders from The Mezz walk-ins and FDS etc.
· Participate and assist in answering customer inquiries online
>at least high school graduate/college level
>with experience in selling/cashier
>knowledge with microsoft office
