Key Responsibilities:

• Product Display Management:
• Organize and maintain product displays to ensure they are visually appealing and easy for customers to navigate.
• Update displays regularly to showcase new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal items.
• Customer Service:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer customer inquiries about product specifications, features, and availability.
• Provide recommendations and guidance to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Inventory Management:
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate and sufficient.
• Receive and unpack new shipments, and restock shelves as needed.
• Report any inventory discrepancies to management promptly.
• Sales Reporting:
• Track daily sales and prepare detailed sales reports for management.
• Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Store Maintenance:
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, dusting, and tidying up displays and common areas.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe shopping environment.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on store policies and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• High school
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
