- Product Display Management:
- Organize and maintain product displays to ensure they are visually appealing and easy for customers to navigate.
- Update displays regularly to showcase new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal items.
- Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer customer inquiries about product specifications, features, and availability.
- Provide recommendations and guidance to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Inventory Management:
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate and sufficient.
- Receive and unpack new shipments, and restock shelves as needed.
- Report any inventory discrepancies to management promptly.
- Sales Reporting:
- Track daily sales and prepare detailed sales reports for management.
- Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Store Maintenance:
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, dusting, and tidying up displays and common areas.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe shopping environment.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on store policies and product knowledge.
- High school
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
