As a Sales Mangaer with AIA Philippines, you will be part of a special financing program. The program will grant you a special fund that is computed against your most recent cumulative income. This fund is target-based in nature and is on top of the following:
- 30% to 60% Sales Commissions
- Production Incentives
- Recruitment Incentives
- Quarterly Performance Bonus
- Other Cash Incentives & Bonuses
- Travel Incentives
2) Will need to close a minimum of 2 insurance policies/clients every month.
3) Flexible working hours. Digital-ready for remote management, recruitment, trainings, etc. but may be required to report to the office for special program trainings.
4) An experience in business or sales is a plus.
5) Fast-track career growth to Unit Manager of your own team.
