What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver outstanding results
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients and actively pursue new leads
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimise efforts
- Contribute to the overall business strategy and participate in strategic planning
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing management, preferably within the industry
- Strong leadership and team-building skills to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
- Data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to analyse and interpret market insights
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Certifications in sales, marketing, or digital marketing are an advantage
