Med Ethix Inc._ (An Ayala Affiliate under AC Health Group)_ is looking for a proficient Sales and Marketing Manager to head the Consumer Health Group. The perfect candidate should be skilled in creating and implementing marketing strategies that are in line with the company's goals and foster business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:

• Developing Marketing Strategies: Spearhead the creation of thorough marketing strategies that are in harmony with the company's mission and goals. Pinpoint target markets and craft strategies to effectively engage them.
• Execution of Marketing Plans: Oversee the execution of marketing strategies, including the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and presentations. Ensure that all marketing efforts are consistent with the company’s brand and mission.
• Sales Promotion: Promote the Consumer health products to maximize sales and revenue. Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation and client acquisition efforts.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Use insights from market research to make informed recommendations and adjustments to marketing strategies.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
• Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders on marketing strategies, plans, and outcomes. Regularly report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably in the healthcare or consumer health field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in marketing strategy development and execution.
• Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform decision-making
