Duties and Responsibilities:
People Management

• Supervise at least two analysts, providing necessary training and support.
• Collaborate daily with the Global Sales Operations Manager, sharing feedback and team performance metrics.

Data Collection and Analysis

• Collect and interpret data from various sources, ensuring it is accurate and relevant.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that guide business decisions.

Dashboard and Report Development

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Salesforce, Salesforce Analytics Studio (CRMA), Tableau, and Google Sheets.
• Work with the Global Sales Operations Manager to identify specific data needs and create tailored visualizations that meet those requirements, ensuring reports align with organizational goals and enable strategic decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Action-oriented and flexible in adapting to change.
• 3-5 years of experience in a BPO setting.
• 2-3 years of experience in managing teams.
• Knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales performance metrics.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce.
• Advanced SQL skills: experience querying Snowflake databases, extracting data, and understanding data governance and security.
