We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning. You will be responsible for designing, coding, and implementing solutions on Salesforce, integrating with other business systems, and ensuring the scalability and performance of the Salesforce platform. This position will be instrumental to i Xsystems' continued growth as a world-class storage company.


The base pay range of this position is $30,000 USD to $35,000 USD annually. Additional compensation through the Incentive Bonus Program is available for this position.


This position is ideal for candidates based in the Manila Metro Area, Philippines working on Pacific Standard Time (PST) from 8 AM to 5 PM. Candidates may need to travel to the US 1-2 times a year.


Base Pay Range
The base pay range of this position is $30,000 to $35,000 USD annually. Additional compensation through the Incentive Bonus Program is available for this position.

The final offer will consider various factors, such as location, education, and prior experience, to ensure a comprehensive and fair compensation assessment.

The Day-to-Day
The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
General:

• Work under the supervision of the Business Technology department management, Biz Ops/Dev Ops, Operations, and other departments on Salesforce application, development, and administration needs.
• Provide technical guidance and educate team members on Salesforce development, workflows, and administration.
• Investigate and resolve day-to-day user issues related to Salesforce.
• Document and design various processes; update existing processes as they relate to Salesforce.
• Establish self as Technical Lead in CPQ and Salesforce related projects, knowledge, application development, and administration.
• Assist in data exports, analytics, and reporting design needs.
• Follow all best practices and procedures as established by the department and management

Design and Development:

• Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), and other relevant tools.
• Build and maintain custom objects, workflows, triggers, and automation processes.

Integration:

• Integrate Salesforce with other internal and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and custom code
• Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between Salesforce and other platforms.

Customization and Configuration:

• Customize and configure Salesforce features to meet business requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Performance Optimization:

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of Salesforce applications.
• Implement best practices for security, data management, and coding standards.

Testing and Deployment:

• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and deployment of Salesforce applications.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

Support and Maintenance:

• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications.
• Keep up to date with Salesforce releases and new features, implementing them as appropriate.

Education and Experience
Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, engineering, software engineering, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience can be substituted for degree.
• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proven experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura and LWC), and Salesforce administration.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud is a plus.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the business processes and general CRM system features
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (preferred). Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Experience with BI and report designing tools preferred
• Strong database and data analytics skills preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Ability to sit in front of a computer for long periods
