We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter with a focus on Salesforce recruitment to join our team. In this role, you will lead our efforts in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top Salesforce professionals. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop strategic recruitment plans that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for Salesforce roles, including developers, administrators, consultants, and architects.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including Linked In, job boards, and industry networks, to identify and engage high-caliber Salesforce talent.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies that attract top-tier candidates.
Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding coordination, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
Market Insights: Stay updated on Salesforce market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices to provide insights and recommendations to the hiring team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Salesforce recruitment, with a strong network in the Salesforce community.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of Salesforce technologies and roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php75,000.00 per month
