Job Description: You'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
● Proactive involvement in the implementation of ERP SAP S/4HANA (FICO, SD, MM, BPC, PM, TM)
● Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges with the client teams and key stakeholders
● Identify improvement opportunities to achieve clients’ desired business outcomes
● Define ‘To-Be’ stage of processes, solution application requirement and performance measurements
● Co-develop deployment/enablement strategy, roadmap and plan to achieve ‘To-Be’ stage effectively
● Conduct deployment activities and measure achievement of desired outcomes
● Lead change for large scale multi-site ERP Implementation SAP S/4HANA (FICO, SD, MM, BPC, PM, TM) and other relatedtransformational change efforts, including but not limited to efficiency and effectiveness initiatives; organisationalrestructurings; organisational capabilities development
● Support and pursuits team with gaining access to tenders, build proposals, win work and deliver projects
● Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively.
● Coach others, recognise their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
● Analyse complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.
● Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.
● Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet firm's/client's expectations.
Skills
● Demonstrated ability as a workstream lead with knowledge and understanding of SAP S/4HANA application-based solutions and proficiency in end-to-end integration with other functional modules e.g., FICO, SD, MM, BPC, PM, TM and etc.
● Prior experience with identifying and addressing client needs by building, maintaining, and utilising networks of client
relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; and, preparing and/or coordinating complex
written and verbal materials.
● Ability to develop, implement and support complex business processes in an SAP environment; to design, build, test and
deploy S/4HANA Finance business including FICO, SD, MM, BPC, PM, TM technical solutions
● Strong in problem solving skills and able to understand how business processes work and integrate in multiple technology
platforms environment.
Years of Experience
Senior Associate/ Associate
● Minimum 2 years and above of relevant experience in SAP S/4HANA FICO, SD, MM, BPC, PM, TM Transformation, or similarcapacity in advisory or technology consulting workspace.
Senior Manager/ Manager
● Minimum 5 years and above of relevant experience in SAP S/4HANA FICO, SD, MM, BPC, PM, TM Transformation, or similar capacity in advisory or technology consulting workspace.
● Experienced in managing a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php120,000.00 - Php200,000.00 per month
