Job Summary:
The CSR Team Leader will oversee and support a team of customer service representatives (CSRs) responsible for engaging potential clients, managing interactions, and ensuring high standards of service quality. This role involves guiding the team to meet performance goals, maintaining CRM accuracy, and implementing strategies for improved conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Supervise a team of CSRs, providing coaching, guidance, and support to meet performance targets.
- Client Engagement: Oversee the follow-up process with potential clients, ensuring timely and effective communication to boost interest and engagement.
- CRM Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, tracking client interactions and reporting on conversion rates.
- Client Communication: Assist the team in delivering detailed information to clients.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role in a BPO environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Experience with CRM systems and other data management software.
- Proven ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on maintaining accuracy in client records and reports
Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Early shift
- 13th month salary
