Job Description:
Automation QA Engineer with a strong background in Netsol or Core Banking systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing automated test scripts, ensuring that our banking solutions meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:

• Automation Strategy Development: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive automation testing strategies and frameworks specifically for Core Banking or Netsol solutions. Good in Automation using Selenium with Java.
• Test Case Development: Create, maintain, and optimize automated test cases for various components of the banking system, ensuring coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Test Execution: Execute automated test scripts, analyze test results, and report defects. Track the resolution of defects and verify fixes.
• Tool Integration: Integrate automation tools with CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous testing and rapid feedback.
• Performance Testing: Conduct performance and load testing on critical banking applications to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure that all automated tests comply with industry standards, security requirements, and banking regulations.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Maintain documentation of the automated testing processes and results.
• Mentoring: Mentor junior QA engineers in automation best practices, guiding them in test script development and execution.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php120,000.00 - Php180,000.00 per month
