Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end preparation of securitization batch files for submission to securitization partners.
• Ensure all loan batches are accurate, complete, and prepared in accordance with regulatory and partner requirements.
• Lead the compilation of KYC, due diligence, and other relevant documents required for securitization and loan sales.
• Generate detailed payment breakdowns and remittance lists.
• Coordinate with the treasury team to initiate payment processing requests.
• Maintain and reconcile securitization documentation, ensuring accurate record-keeping
• Implement QA processes to maintain high standards in materials and submissions presented to securitization partners.
• Drive improvements in the efficiency of the securitization process.
• Act as the main point of contact for securitization partners, addressing queries and requests promptly.
• Foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within partner institutions.
• Manage and mentor the securitization team, setting clear expectations and monitoring individual and team performance.

Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 3-5 years experience in accounting or finance
• Experienced using Microsoft Office and Google Suite
